How do I book Judy for my guild? Email Judy at judy@judysteward.com with your guild name, location, preferred dates, and the lecture or workshop you’re interested in. She’ll follow up to confirm availability and details.
What areas does Judy travel to? Judy travels to guilds throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. She is also available via Zoom for online lectures and workshops.
How many students can attend a workshop? Workshops accommodate a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 students.
How far in advance should we book? As early as possible — guild calendars fill up quickly. For events requiring air travel, flight information must be confirmed no less than 4 weeks in advance.
What does the guild provide? The guild agrees to pay by check at the conclusion of services, provide lodging if an overnight stay is needed, provide meals, and cover transportation at the current IRS mileage rate or airfare if applicable.
What if we need to cancel? Written notice of cancellation is required 30 days before the event. If the guild cancels, Judy is paid all minimum fees. If Judy cancels, the guild owes no fees. In the case of circumstances beyond either party’s control (weather, illness), the guild is responsible only for reasonable pre-paid travel expenses.
Are supply lists provided? Yes. A supply list is sent to the program chair in advance so students have time to gather materials. Any kit fees will be noted on the supply list.
How do Zoom lectures work? Judy joins your guild’s existing Zoom meeting to deliver a one-hour lecture. Just send her your Zoom link and she’ll handle the rest.
What about Zoom workshops? Live Zoom workshops include real-time Q&A, student emails with prep instructions, and access to supply lists and handouts. Sessions are available in 3-hour, 6-hour, or hourly formats.
How do I receive my digital pattern after purchase? You will receive a download link immediately after your purchase is complete. Patterns are delivered as PDF files.
Can I print the full-size pattern sheets at home? Yes. Large-format pattern sheets can be printed at home using your PDF viewer’s tile or poster setting, which splits the pattern across multiple letter-size sheets to tape together. You can also take the file to a print shop and request it printed at full size on large-format paper.
Can I share my digital pattern with others? No. All patterns are for personal use only and are protected by copyright. They may not be shared, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission from Wrapped in Quilts.
What if I have trouble downloading or opening my file? Email judy@judysteward.com and she’ll be happy to help.
What is your refund policy for digital downloads? All digital download sales are final. Because pattern files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are not available for digital purchases. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
